Placing Sticky notes on desks, walls and glass separators. These stickies would be accessible to specific people or teams

I agree. Being able to setup computers on Any desk - or to put a document or book that people can interact with on a desk or table would be wonderful. Being able to give access to to those objects to only specific people would be great too. And also make a table or desk and it's objects on it only accessible to specific people
